Believe Fully Fixed:
* extra text "copyleft.org" link in main area of non-home pages and on Firefox partially obscured by fixed header
* extra text "copyleft.org" link in main area of non-home pages, eg on <http://copyleft.org/cgi-bin/ikiwiki.cgi?page=todo&do=edit> which is superfluous
* That's the breadcumb link. I made a bunch of changes that perhaps make
this clearer (and it doesn't appear on front page anymore). Hopefully,
this fixes it.
