<p>Like all USA 501(c)(3) non-profits, the Conservancy files an annual Form 990 and,
as a non-profit in the State of New York, files an annual CHAR500 with
New York State. Below, Conservancy makes available these filings for
public inspection, in reverse chronological order:</p>

<li>Fiscal Year from 2021-03-01 through 2022-02-28<br/>
<p>The <a href="https://www.irs.gov/charities-non-profits/return-due-dates-for-exempt-organizations-annual-return">filing
deadline for FY 2021 is 2022-07-15</a>. The IRS typically grants an extension to
2023-01-15, and we may ultimately seek the extension.</p>
