<h1>Public Filings</h1>

<p>Like all USA 501(c)(3) non-profits, the Conservancy files an annual Form 990 and,
as a non-profit in the State of New York, files an annual CHAR-500 with
New York State.  Below, Conservancy makes available these filings for
public inspection, in reverse chronological order:</p>

<li>Fiscal Year 2014 (from 2014-03-01 through 2015-02-28)
<p>Conservancy's FY 2014 has not yet ended.  Filings for FY 2014 are currently due on 2015-07-15.

<li>Fiscal Year 2013 (from 2013-03-01 through 2014-02-28)
<p>Conservancy's FY 2013 ended on 2014-02-28. The initial filing deadline
  for FY 2013 was 2014-07-15, but Conservancy was granted an extension to
  file until 2015-01-15.</p>
